Whilst every insulation
material has an optimum thickness around which the standard product
specifications are written, Habia Cable routinely manufacture specialist
equipment wires from an even wider range of materials.
By making changes
to the insulation material and thickness, as well as selecting the right
conductor, equipment wires can be designed to meet much higher operating
voltages and carry increased current or perhaps fit into spaces too small or
meet a dynamic application that is beyond a conventional off-the-shelf product.
From basic plain copper (Cu), standard plated copper (TPC, SPC and NPC)
and high strength alloys (HSA) to the high levels of purity to be found in
oxygen free copper (SPOFHC) and even thermocouple extension wires, Habia Cable
can offer many different sizes and strandings. From a tiny 36 AWG solid
conductor up to a 400sqmm wire with thousands of strands, Habia's combination of
conductors and insulations ensures a high quality product to meet the most
demanding application.
